Is there a minimum quantity to Order?

Yes we have a 100 coin minimum. The more you order the lower the price gets.

How much does a coin cost?

Typically a coin will run in the $6-$7 range, however the complexity of your design may have an effect on the coin price. Every coin is different.

How long until I receive my coin?

Coin production usually takes about 20 days and then they are shipped to you

Can I make changes to the design?

We will make as many revisions as needed to make your coin to your liking, however once you approve the final artwork no more changes can be made.

The reason is that when you approve the artwork mold creation begins. This is the most expensive part of the production and what takes the longest time. Once the mold is made there can be no changes.

What if the coin arrives and there is a mistake?

If the mistake is ours, or there is some type of defect in the manufacturing of the coin, we will re-make the coin at no expense to you.

Are their certain designs that you cannot make?

After examining your design we will let you know if your design can be accomplished. It is very rare that a design can’t be produced.

At times, due to the capabilities of the manufacturing process, some changes to design must be made.

Those changes are always approved by the customer.

Are there any restrictions as to what I can put on a coin?
